Weather Vein built to look like a Fly-ball governor. The balls will be made to work like an Anemometer.

Scroll work Branch Concept.

Flat Metal Frames would be made and filled with Perforated sheet or expanded steel. These could then be added to the main branches. If a universal mounting system were used branches could be moved. The assembly would be similar to a fake X-mas tree.
